4. Account & subscription
You may provide your email address to receive newsletters, pre-launch updates, or, when applicable, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your account credentials secure.
5. Orders & payment
When our store launches, by placing an order you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the payment method.
- You agree to pay the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we’ll refund the affected amount.
6. Shipping & delivery
Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property
The Hearing Ribbon symbol, logo, designs, “Awareness Without Explanation™,” and all related content — including text, graphics, photos, product designs, and code — are the property of Hearing Ribbon LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of this content without our written permission, except where expressly permitted (for example, sharing a product image on social media).
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means or interfere with its operation.
- Resell our products without our written permission.
- Misuse the Hearing Ribbon symbol or trademark in a way that misleads or harms the brand or community.
10. Health & medical disclaimer
Hearing Ribbon products are awareness items and accessories. They are not medical devices, hearing aids, or treatments for hearing loss. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For medical advice, consult a licensed audiologist or healthcare provider.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearing Ribbon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hearing Ribbon LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
